Pafiliwn Bont’s versatility as a building and central location in Wales means it can be hired for all kinds of events and activities, from TV productions to weddings, gigs, from a horse fair to a large conference.
There are always experienced staff on hand to assist in utilising the pavilion to its full potential.

Conferences

Parking: you won’t have to search for a parking space, or worry about getting a ticket!
Location: Pafiliwn Bont’s central location means its ideal for companies with staff or associates across Wales. The rural location provides a beautiful and relaxing setting, enabling delegates to put all their energy into their work.
Size: if you’re organising a large conference that’s open to everyone, there’s room here for over 1000 delegates. If it’s a smaller conference, we can adjust the space to suit your needs.
Flexibility: the conferencing isn’t confined to small rooms; the building’s flexibility means you can hold a conference, business market, exhibitions, and discussion groups - all in the same space.

Functions, Weddings and Parties

The whole building is licensed.

Bar/Foyer: ideal as a reception area for canopes etc.
Auditorium: main function area, ample room for up to 500, but this area is dividable for smaller functions.
Back stage: ideal for catering units/kitchen.

TV Production

Parking: easy access for unloading, overnight camping.

Size: approximate usable floor area of 12,000 square feet.

Facilities: motorised lighting grid, changing rooms, green room, showers, broadband access throughout the building.

Location: central, good local audience, peace and quiet of rural area.
