Purchase and Pricing Policy

Tickets for events at Pafiliwn Bont are sold directly from the Venue, from participating stores in nearby towns, or can be bought via PayPal on the internet or over the phone. Tickets bought over the phone or internet will usually carry a small extra charge per ticket to cover administration costs. The price of tickets vary, depending on the event itself. Some events offer concessions for children, OAP’s and students. Please enquire when making your purchase.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the event at Pafiliwn Bont, we will refund, by cheque, the face value of any tickets returned no later than 14 days before the event. Cheques will be sent by second class post. Regrettably, we will be unable to refund any tickets returned any nearer the event date.

Reservation Confirmation

Once your payment has been received for your reservation an email will be sent to you confirming your reservation. Transactions will appear on your card statement as Pafiliwn Cyfyngedig.

Ticket Collection

You can collect your tickets from Pafiliwn Bont at any time after they have been printed and delivered to us, or they will be kept for you to be picked up on the evening of the event. Please visit our website or phone a few days before the event to confirm when the doors open/tickets are avilable.

Refund Policy

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that it is not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity, and in particular, that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise and may not be used for advertising, promotion or for any other trade purposes.

2. It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

3. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

4. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

5. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

6. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

7. Tickets are sold subject to the venue’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

8. The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron’s own food and drink may also be prohibited (please check with the venue).

9. Pafiliwn Bont accept no responsibility for any personal property.

10. The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the venue reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.

11. There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind.

12. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

These details are instantly fed into the system as they are given to us, at no time will we write any of these details on paper, once the transaction has been made successfully the information is deleted and we cannot access that information again. Only a few selected members of staff have access to use the system to sell tickets. Software is used across our computer network to minimize the possibility of anyone hacking into the system and gaining access to sensitive information as we are using it. Pay Pal’s system itself uses superior security measures. No credit card details are ever kept centrally by us. We review our procedures regarding privacy and security measure regularly. Pay Pal’s system, as used to purchase tickets from our website, is widely acknowledged to be the safest way of purchasing on the Internet.

In order to purchase tickets, you must provide us with your personal details for several reason including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to allow us to contact you for customer service purposes, if necessary; (iii) to customise the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (iv) to make product improvements to our site. In addition, we need your e-mail address to confirm your booking of each ticket or other product you transact on our site. As a Pafiliwn Bont client, you will also occasionally receive updates from us about ticket sales in your area, special offers, new company services, and other noteworthy items.
